Matthew 18 Ministries exists to love, serve, and disciple students and families in the city of Lebanon. What began eight years ago in the basement of Jacob and Chris Shaw has grown into a thriving ministry focused on walking alongside students as they explore faith, community, and purpose.
Our primary outreach, the Lebanon Impact Club (www.lebanonimpactclub.com), serves high school students every Monday night at our new location in downtown Lebanon. A committed team of adult leaders provides meals, prayer, discipleship, and personal support for students who are navigating difficult circumstances. Our heart is not to replace the local church, but to come alongside students and help connect them to a church community where they can continue to grow in their faith.
One of our long-term goals is to add a dedicated Community Liaison to our staff. This role would focus on building strong relationships with local churches and helping families take meaningful next steps toward lasting church involvement. By having someone intentionally connecting students and parents to congregations that fit their needs, we can create healthier support systems, stronger families, and deeper spiritual roots throughout our community.

Our new location in downtown Lebanon is a strategic investment in the next generation. This space allows Matthew 18 Ministries to serve more students, more consistently, and with greater impact—right in the heart of our community.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the open layout supports weekly student gatherings, worship nights, discipleship, small groups, and shared meals. It easily transitions from high-energy worship to meaningful conversations and mentoring, creating an environment where students feel welcomed, valued, and safe.
Its central, accessible location makes it easy for students to attend and invites families, churches, and community partners to engage with the ministry. With the ability to host larger gatherings, trainings, and special events, this space functions as a hub for student ministry and collaboration across Lebanon.
Just as importantly, this building supports our long-term vision. It gives us the capacity to grow programs and move toward adding a Community Liaison—a role dedicated to helping connect students and families to local churches for ongoing support and spiritual growth.
